Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AddNeo platform, website, applications, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you must not access or use the platform.
Description of Services
AddNeo provides a comprehensive electric vehicle ecosystem including EV charging station network, ADN token rewards, referral programs, marketplace for EV products, and business partnership opportunities. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
ADN Token Rewards
ADN tokens are rewards earned through platform usage, referrals, and staking. Token values fluctuate based on market conditions. AddNeo does not guarantee any minimum or maximum value. Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable except as explicitly permitted by the platform.
Referral Program
The multi-grade referral program rewards users for referring new participants to the ecosystem. Commissions are calculated based on the active participation of referred users. AddNeo reserves the right to modify commission structures, withhold payouts for fraudulent activity, and terminate accounts that violate program terms.
Marketplace Purchases
All purchases made through the AddNeo marketplace are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes. Returns and refunds are governed by the specific return policy of each product and seller.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AddNeo platform are owned by AddNeo Consultech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
AddNeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. The total liability of AddNeo for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
